→ If you have a standing order with us and have opted to have us reorder for you on a regular basis, and would like to either cancel or postpone your order, please email us at email@example.com to let us know before 12pm on Tuesday (our order deadline). The reasoning behind this timeframe is because we order your food from farmers on Tuesday, to give them time for harvest and prep, so that's why we have to stick to the deadline for cancellations.
→ It is important that the email subject line reads "Cancellation and/or Postponement for *date*". In the case that you placed an order yourself, but need to cancel or postpone it, please use the email address and protocol provided above to let us know.
→ If you let us know of your cancellation after 5pm Tuesday of that week, your order will be non-refundable. The options for a canceled order at this point are below, and we ask that you choose one of them:
